Across the Spider-Verse has revealed a bunch of new Funko Pops showing off Scarlet Spider, Spider-Punk, Spider-Man 2099, Miles Morales, Gwen Stacy, The Spot, Spider-Byte, and Medieval Vulture.
We already know that Spot is the main bad of Spider-Verse 2, but this confirms that the gang will also be contending with at least one other - the Vulture. And not just any winged villain, but a wholly original Vulture designed just for this movie (thanks, Hollywood Reporter).

In the comics and movies, we've had Noir Vulture, a Vulture whose suit is based around alien and Stark tech, the human-vulture hybrid James Natale, and Adrian Toomes as a younger Thunderbolts member as per the Ultimate Spider-Man show. That leaves one question, which universe is this new Vulture from?
One possibility is Earth-398, a reality warp created by Morgan Le Fay that regressed the world into the medieval era, giving the Avengers more era-fitting attire. Captain America becomes a knight in shining red-and-blue armour, Thor stays the same, and Hawkeye gets a Robin Hood overhaul. Think Green Arrow but purple.
We don't get to see Vulture in this universe, but if this variant is from here, it's possible that he isn't medieval by nature but rather distorted by another villain. Wherever he does come from, there's the implication of a medieval Spider-character, and given the onslaught of cameos and alternate universe totems that we see in the various trailers - from Spectacular to Insomniac - we may see such a Spider-person.
