Capcom released a series of funny car warning stickers for various situations, featuring some popular characters from the Resident Evil franchise. These stickers let drivers show their love for the Resident Evil games while being useful as a warning for others on the road.
Resident Evil is one of the most iconic franchises from Capcom, being as popular as ever 27 years after the release of its first game on the original PlayStation. In 2022, Resident Evil was Capcom’s biggest game series with over 135 million units sold across the world while Monster Hunter comes in second place with a mere 90 million game unit sales. The success of Resident Evil doesn’t seem to end, with various new installments and remakes already in the works. With the upcoming release of Resident Evil 4, Capcom is expecting to break its sales records this year, expecting over 40 million units sold for this remake.

While players are waiting for the release of Resident Evil 4 on March 24, Capcom revealed six funny car warning stickers featuring references to the Resident Evil franchise. Drivers who would like to reuse their sticker can opt for a car sign version with a suction back so that they can remove it and reposition it later. The car stickers will cost 880 JPY, or around $6.70, while the car signs will cost 1,430 JPY, which roughly amounts to $10.85. The Resident Evil car stickers and car signs will join the digital and physical Capcom stores on March 21, 2023.
All of these car stickers are funny references to Resident Evil, from the infamous helicopters that became a meme because of how easily they were destroyed stating “Safe Drive” to Lady Dimitrescu appearing on a “Watch Your Head” warning sign.
