Resident Evil 4 Remake: How To Solve The Hexagon Puzzle
Players of the will come across a small shrine in Chapters 3 and 4 that will require finding several missing hexagon pieces. In these chapters, Leon is exploring the lake area as he searches for a key. It will be necessary to progress to Chapter 4 to find all the missing pieces.
In the new , Leon Kennedy’s mission has not changed. But as he explores the lake, he will have to keep an eye out for extra collectibles and hidden treasures along the way. While all three missing Hexagon pieces are along the main path, some of them are more easily overlooked than others.

In Chapter 3 of, the merchant will be waiting for Leon just passed the Quarry area. The area around the merchant also serves as a sort of hub for the surrounding region, as there are multiple docks and access points to that area.
As Leon enters the first area with the boat, there will be a small white shrine with Hexagon shaped pieces inscribed onto it. Walk up to it and there will be several missing pieces. Before solving the puzzle, Leon will have to find each piece.
The first piece can actually be found before Leon enters the area. It is back in the same room as the Merchant, near stairs leading up to the doors to the Fish Farm. It is in a box, and Leon simply has to open the box to find it.
This one is perhaps the hardest to spot, as it rests in a hidden area off the main path. At the end of the path near the house where Leon can find the boat gas, look to the north. There is a gap underneath one of the boardwalks where Leon can tread through the water and get to the other side. There is also a Blue Medallion piece in this area. The Hexagon piece is in a box against the cliff side.
