Yelan was first introduced last May with Genshin Impact Version 2.7. Unlike Tartaglia, Yelan is a true Hydro Bow character – she won’t convert her Bow attacks to Hydro swords.

Since this area borders Dragonspine, you’ll find some Starconch there as well. One NPC – Miss Bu – at Yaoguang Shoal will give you 3 Starconches the first time you talk to her.
You can also find Starconch throughout the Guyun Stone Forest islands. This may be a preferable farming area due to the abundance of Magical Crystal Chunks and the presence of the Geo Hypostasis. If you need to farm either the Archaic Petra or Retracing Bolide Artifact sets, you can always start at the Domain and end with the Hypostasis.
