One Destiny 2 player makes a bet with other fans, putting their extensive Bottom Dollar collection on the line if a popular content creator manages to earn Worlds First on the upcoming raid. Raids inside of Destiny 2 offer endgame level challenges to players, commonly mixing multiple gameplay styles like platforming, combat, and other mechanics to create a unique activity with the promise of exclusive rewards and exotic weapons.
Whenever Bungie adds a new raid to Destiny 2, it quickly turns into a major event for the community, something that the developer has since embraced. Fireteams and Clans race each other in a special contest mode version of the Raid to see who can be the first to complete it and to earn a special Worlds First belt, listing the raid name along with each of the clan members who conquered it. With the Root of Nightmares raid set to launch on March 10, players have begun to prepare and settle in for what promises to be another exciting race.

Clan Elysium has managed to capture the belt for the last three raids in a row, denying other popular content creators like Datto in the process. While the streamer and YouTube has come very close in the past, one Destiny 2 subReddit user named DMA_Revenant is confident that Datto won't win this latest challenge, that they're making a bet by promising to delete an entire collection of 100 Bottom Dollar hand cannons if he does.
To prove themselves, DMA_Revenant posted a video of their vault, with Pages 3 and 4 entirely made up of the weapon. The once Gambit exclusive weapon remains popular with many Destiny 2 players thanks to its large pool of perks, making it much easier to find a god roll
