The eagerly anticipated Resident Evil 4 Remake demo will seemingly go live later today, at least, if a recent Twitch ad is to be believed. As spotted by Twitter user Daniel S. Kennedy, a Twitch ad for the free demo was seemingly published early, with text that reads «demo available now.»
During the February 2023 State of Play event, Capcom confirmed that a "special demo" for Resident Evil 4 Remake is coming, but did not reveal when, leaving fans hungry for more information.

Twitch is rolling ads for a Resident Evil 4 remake demo «available now,» expected to release after the Capcom Spotlight (scheduled for March 9th, 2:30 PM PT). https://t.co/7sf87JLljk
While the leaked Twitch ad doesn't specify exactly when the demo will go live, it's expected to be available during (or shortly after) today's Capcom Spotlight showcase.
Later today on March 9, 2023, at 2:30 PM PT / 5:30 PM ET, Capcom will air its Spotlight showcase, with new information about its upcoming games, including Exoprimal, Monster Hunter Rise, and Resident Evil 4 Remake. Based on the aforementioned Twitch ad, Capcom will likely shadow-drop the Resident Evil 4 Remake demo during the showcase. This would make sense, considering the full game is set to release so soon.
Capcom also recently confirmed that Resident Evil 4 Remake will get a day-one patch that addresses the game's controversial rain effects.
Resident Evil 4 Remake will launch on March 24, 2023.
