Fortnite received its second Resident Evil collaboration today. Available through the in-game store is the Raccoon City Survivors Set which provides outfits that will let you play as Leon S. Kennedy and Claire Redfield, the stars of Resident Evil 2 and 4.
Leon seems to be in his RE4 garb celebrating the recent release of Resident Evil 4 Remake, while Claire is wearing her red leather jacket from RE2. Leon also comes with his attache case as a back bling and combat knife pickaxe. Claire gets a back bling with RPD's keys as well as the Umbrella Parasol pickaxe, which is actually a reference to 2008's Resident Evil Degeneration movie.

Die-hard Resident Evil fans are celebrating the arrival of these two iconic heroes, but not everyone is happy. Posts on both Reddit and Twitter are criticizing the Raccoon City Survivors Set for only providing a single outfit for both Claire and Leon after the previous Resident Evil collab saw two outfits for both Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine.
A lot of the criticism seems to be focused on Leon being without his bomber jacket. "A random Ramirez skin can get a jacket but Leon doesn't for some reason," noted one Reddit user, "also where is his RPD style?" The sentiment was shared in Twitter replies to Fortnite's original post.
Another Reddit user also criticized Leon's "empty gun holsters," noting Claire's sidearms are still present in her outfit. "Inconsistent design choices in my opinion," they said.
You can pick up the Raccoon City Survivors Set for 2,100 V-Bucks in the Fortnite store for a limited time. You can purchase Leon or Claire individually for 1,500 V-Bucks.
