Based on information found by Twitter user and custodian of the TechPowerUp GPU database, T4C Fantasy, a fourth NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 GPU variant, could release in the future, offering users another variant of the graphics cards, especially with this popular series. Currently, graphics card pricing continues to dip slowly, but most newer cards are still expensive. Most users are reverting to paying for previous generations to upgrade their machines, especially when the cost is pleasing and the performance is just suitable for modern gaming.
The new variant of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 graphics card is said to feature the GA104 GPU onboard and is to utilize GDDR6X memory. If this rumor is true, this new card will join three other RTX 3060 graphics cards currently available for consumers.
It is currently unknown if the last graphics card mentioned, the newly discovered NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 GPU with 12 GB GDDR6X, will be available globally or in specific regions. This happens more with NVIDIA than other companies, where custom designs are only offered in certain areas, such as the Chinese marketplace.
Regardless of where it will be released, the new graphics card will offer higher performance than the other three, thanks to the addition of the GDDR6X memory. The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti is the only other card in the overall RTX 3060 series to receive GDDR6X. It has been reported to offer an additional thirty-six percent increase in memory bandwidth than previous models.
