Ember Sword is getting ready for the Ultra Deep playtest, which is set to start in one week. The team is sharing some details about the run up to the new playtest, which will focus on the recently-revealed dungeon.
There wasa previous playtest back in April, where over 15,000 players from 162 countries signed up to play. To build upon that successful test and to show the community some more of the MMORPG that they’re developing alongside the land sales and blockchain elements. This time, Bright Star is letting everyone experience a dungeon in Ember Sword for the first time. Another thing that is different this time is that there will be regional servers across different parts of the world for a smoother test.
If you have a registered Ember Sword account, You can participate in the test on a first come first serve basis. Servers will begin opening up on October 27th at 13:00 CEST / 7 AM EDT / 4 AM PDT. The test will close on October 29th at 23:00 CEST / 5 PM EST.
When you enter The Ultra Deep, You'll see that it is a labyrinth. your character will be random, so you'll have to take a look at what you have, and prepare to battle and take on different monsters and challenges, including bosses, and to generally play through a dungeon. The team has already introduced a couple of the bosses and since there's freedom in the roles you can play, anyone taking part in the test should be ready to go quickly.
The company’s Chief Product Officer, in a press release, says “We are excited to give our
growing community a glimpse of the deep world we are building….However, this is just the beginning for us. There is still so much more to come. We know they will be blown away by what we have planned for the future”.
