A new Xal'atath Mythic+ affix has been datamined on the War Within Beta, this one summoning a Void Emissary!

NEW Xal'atath's Bargain: Voidbound
While in combat, Xal'atath summons a Void Emissary that empowers nearby enemies.

Some Mythic+ users may hear «Void Emissary» and have immediate flashbacks to BFA's Season 3 seasonal affix, Beguiling, which was very poorly rated and also had Void Emissaries. But given the text of «empowers nearby enemies», this doesn't sound anything like it. But at the moment, we don't exactly know what this affix does.
