stars the eponymous Lucy, who's determined to find the root cause of the recurring nightmares disrupting her sleep. Reading through one of her father's psychology books provides the main conceit of the humorous point-and-click, inspiring her to create box in which she can insert different companions and sources of inspiration to conjure different styles of dreams. For example, putting in a joke book and stuffed bear will transport Lucy to a comedy club alongside her ursine companion. Within these dreams, Lucy will collect items to utilize in her progressing nightmares, which occur when the box is removed from her bedside.

The other half of the investigation in begins with a mysterious email regarding the town of Figgington's famous theme park murder, which occurred at the humorously named Disleyland.
