Metal: Hellsinger is an FPS rhythm game that combines the addictive nature of Score Attack games with the frenetic timing of hitting things to the beat of the music. The game has become popular thanks to its unique music and gimmick that allows players to run through fun experiences in short bursts. Now, The Outsiders and Funcom have announced an expansion to the game in the form of a DLC that will arrive on March 29.
This new DLC introduces two brand-new original songs to Metal: Hellsinger. This DLC, dubbed Dream of the Beast, also introduces new talents to perform for these tracks: The soaring powerhouse that is Cristina Scabbia from Lacuna Coil, and the Searing Demon voice of Will Ramos from Lorna Shore. The two new songs will be available for free in an update that will be available on the same day as the release of Dream of the Beast.
The Dream of the Beast DLC will come packed with more content on top of the two new songs. This includes a new weapon in the form of The Red Right Hand, a machine gun that blasts through demons in rhythmic bursts of death. Additionally, the update will also have three sizzling outfits that also come with their own gameplay modifiers. As such, Metal: Hellsinger players will be able to experience the game once again with a completely different beat and playstyle.
