Genshin Impact 5.3 Leaks: Mavuika Materials Can Already Be Farmed

Pre-farming Mavuika’s materials in is a possibility thanks to some Version 5.3 leaks that have already detailed the items that the playable version of the Pyro Archon will use to fully Ascend and increase her Talents’ levels. Confirmed by developer HoYoverse via drip marketing, Mavuika will become a playable character in Version 5.3 alongside several other units that will make their debut in the patch. Among confirmations and leaks, there are four new characters listed for 5.3. The leaks about the character and other contents have started to emerge because of the Version 5.3 beta tests.

So far, leaks have detailed the gameplay kits of nearly all the new playable units, highlighting their possible roles in team comps. Furthermore, the leaked information has shown some of the events that will be playable during the patch. Because Version 5.3 is expected to bring an end to the main story arc in Natlan, the missions should end with a big boss encounter, which has already leaked – and the leaked weekly boss in 5.3 should pose a huge challenge to players. Now, players can already start pre-farming Mavuika’s materials, too, though they are based on leaks.

Because the materials used by Mavuika are all listed from leaks, they should be taken with a huge grain of salt – these materials are still highly subject to change as the beta tests occur and, as such, players who pre-farm may see a portion of their efforts rendered useless because a material they gathered is no longer used when Mavuika is officially released. Nevertheless, preemptively farming materials for Mavuika is a good idea to ensure the character can be fully Ascended as soon as she is obtained from the banners in 5.3.
