A player had enough of Dr. Strange players making portals during their matches, and rather than say something about it over chat, their response was hilarious. players continuously figure out different ways to either combat enemy teams attempting to make moves right out of the gate or stop them right in their tracks altogether. This instance of Dr. Strange going against another Dr. Strange proves that fans will go to great lengths to make a statement.
A recent Reddit thread posted by Celic1 shows just how far players will go to prove a point, as Dr. Strange on the opposing side of the match decides to open a portal in an attempt to flank the point. The Dr. Strange we see creates a counter portal, but rather than putting it on top of the portal being created,they decided to throw Strange and his team off the map, or rather drop them.
While most Dr. Strange players attempt to open a portal and make an unsuspecting team run directly off the side of the map, some decide to use the portal as a way to take over an objective behind the enemy's back. In this case,the Dr. Strange on the «Defend» side decided to open a portal underneath the Strange opening a portal on the «Attack» side. The caption of the Reddit thread simply reads

The Strange Portal trick is something fans have seen millions of times now, as plenty of players have run right out the front door of the starter building to their deaths in viral videos and threads. The original poster thought that with these being diamond-ranked competitors, the team would have learned their lesson by now, but it appears even at the highest level, some forget how ridiculous portal placement can get.
