Version 5.4 is still a few months away as the action RPG is in the middle of Version 5.2 and all the attention is currently turned toward Version 5.3. The next update is expected to be a big and important one, not only concluding the main Natlan story but also introducing four new characters to , including Mavuika and the Pyro Traveler.
The next patch should also introduce a new weekly boss that will coincide with the conclusion of the Natlan story arc. There are also rumors of a new world boss for players to challenge. Version 5.3 is also expected to host the annual Lantern Rite Festival, which tends to be a massive event every year. With all of this in store for Version 5.3, set to arrive in early January 2025, the community’s focus is on the update. However, it seems like new information about subsequent patches, including a new character in 5.4, is starting to be shared.
There may be a big combat buff for players challenging the Spiral Abyss starting in Version 5.4. According to information by the leaker known as HomDGCat, there is an unused buff in the game’s codes that may be reserved for the Spiral Abyss in Version 5.4. The leak was shared in a post tagged as “” on Reddit. The buff is allegedly split into two parts. The leak describes the first of them: when Normal Attacks hit an enemy, the DMG dealt by Normal Attacks will increase in a stackable effect in ’s Spiral Abyss.
