Anyone Can Use the New Battle Res Item - No Engineering Skill Required
As groups head into Mythic+ tomorrow, keep in mind that everyone can use the new battle res item — Engineering skill isn't required!
With pushing keys comes wiping — over, and over, and over again. Sometimes, the best way to prevent a wipe is to stop it as it happens with a well-timed battle res, and now every class can have one: if you have Convincingly Realistic Jumper Cables, that is!
The newest Engineering jumper cables, these Convincingly Realistic Jumper Cables come with a key difference to most other resurrections via Engineering: they don't require Skill in the profession to use.

Prior iterations of Engineering res items required players to have the Engineering profession, and sometimes rather high skill — even then, not all of them worked in combat. Now, though, The War Within seems to be doing away with this requirement, making this a huge quality of life change for those looking to participate in any type of group content. The best part is, quality only affects the time it takes to cast, with rank 1 taking six seconds, reduced to two seconds with a rank 3. These new jumper cables are likely to quickly become a must-have for all key pushing groups.
