Normally, this attack has to build up from the basic shots you fire at various opponents, but spending the ATB on Charging Uppercut will let you prepare this move faster. The barrage of explosive bullets that come from Overcharge in can be one of Barret's best sources of damage, so you'll want to build it up as quickly as possible.
