Happy Skull and Bones beta day for all that sail with her! I’m definitely going to be taking to the seas this weekend, and seeing if all those years of development have panned out. Hell, all I want is multiplayer Black Flag, and the trailers sure look like that’s what Ubisoft has made, so fingers crossed I’ll be pleasantly surprised. Other than that, I’ve been playing lots of another Ubisoft joint, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, and I’ll be popping a score on that one after the weekend. It’s safe to say I’m thoroughly enjoying it though!
Nic B has just been playing Monster Hunter Now, telling us, “I’m slowly working my way through the new monsters released this month as life becomes super busy again…” Meanwhile, Nick P has mostly played Persona 5 Tactica this week, along with starting NG+ for Alan Wake 2, and a little Warhammer: Realms of Ruin.
Ade finished Spider-Man 2, saying, “100% and everything! Loved it!” He’s also been on review duties with Trinity Fusion, Ship of Fools and Cookie Cutter too!
Aran has finally finished Yakuza Like A Dragon. He tells us, “The last couple of chapters required some level and skill grinding to stand up to the final bosses. Got there in the end. Really enjoyed it but I think I’ll take a break from Like A Dragon for a bit.”
Gamoc has played Avatar Frontiers of Pandora only this week – including a spot of co-op with me. He pegs it as, “Far Cry with Avatar, but the Avatar stuff balances the Far Cry stuff very well. It’s surprisingly great.”
