After sharing an anecdote online, singer-songwriter T-Pain revealed that he's working on Grand Theft Auto 6 with Rockstar Games. Not much is known about his involvement with Rockstar's latest open-world project, though it means T-Pain won't be able to participate in NoPixel, a popular Grand Theft Auto 5 role-playing server.
Faheem Rashad Najm, better known by his stage name T-Pain, is a Grammy-winning artist who's been singing, writing, and producing music since 1999. Having worked with many artists in the music industry, T-Pain has released seven studio albums. While many fans know T-Pain for his use of auto-tune in music, some might recognize him more for his role-playing moments in Grand Theft Auto 5. Mainly, the hip-hop and R&B artist frequented the NoPixel role-serving for Grand Theft Auto 5. The server runs on FiveM, a third-party server system that Rockstar Games acquired when it partnered with Cfx.re in August 2023. Because of this, T-Pain has had to make some adjustments after making an announcement during a livestream.
In a livestream clip, T-Pain shared he his «working» on Grand Theft Auto 6. His role in Grand Theft Auto 6's development has not been specified, yet T-Pain is one of the first celebrities to share their involvement with the new GTA project. Whether this means he'll appear as a character or produce music for the title remains to be seen. However, due to his newly-announced work with Rockstar Games, T-Pain won't be able to log into NoPixel until further notice.
