Big Baldur's Gate 3 Update Coming Next Week
The wildly successful RPG Baldur's Gate 3 is getting a big new update next week, with Larian Studios teasing fans about what they can expect from it. Baldur's Gate 3 was one of 2023's biggest games. Not only was it a huge sales success, but the game also took home a dizzying number of awards, including the coveted Game of the Year at The Game Awards 2023. Baldur's Gate 3 was such a hit at launch that Larian could have left it be, but it has instead released multiple updates focused on improving the game and sometimes even adding new content.
Baldur's Gate 3 updates have worked to address some of the game's more egregious bugs as well as add new features and story content. One of the more substantial Baldur's Gate 3 updates added an epilogue to the game to give fans even more content to sink their teeth into. The next big Baldur's Gate 3 update is right around the corner, and fans now have somewhat of an idea of what to expect from it.
Larian has confirmed that Baldur's Gate 3 Patch 6 will improve the game's kissing animations, add new camp idle animations, introduce new Legendary Actions for the blisteringly difficult Honour Mode, and implement «plenty of bug fixes.» Specific Baldur's Gate 3 bugs weren't pointed out, but those details should come whenever the official patch notes are released.
Specifics on the fixes coming to Baldur's Gate 3 have yet to be revealed, but there are some that fans will no doubt be hoping to see.
