Baldur’s Gate 3 Hotfix 20 is Live, Fixes Issues With Minthara and Halsin
Larian Studios has announced the release of Hotfix 20 for Baldur’s Gate 3, which brings Patch 6 and all of its hotfixes to Mac users. As for everyone else, it adds crash safeguards for those whose save games won’t load and fixes issues that could cause a 30-second black screen for a second player if split-screen is enabled.
An infinite loot bug involving Herdmaster Skardjall has also been fixed, but perhaps the most important are fixes to Minthara. If you recruited her, sometimes she wouldn’t follow the party into Act 2 or 3. A similar issue affected Halsin, who wouldn’t move after you reached Last Light in Act 2. Both are now fixed, alongside another that caused characters to say they were too busy to talk.
