Right now, though, the game lacks any official modding tools from Larian Studios. This means that any mods created for the game are done so through methods not officially supported by the studio, which can cause some instability for ongoing playthroughs. These issues have been exacerbated in recent weeks thanks to Patch 6 for Baldur's Gate 3, as well as the subsequent Hotfixes 18 and 19. However, some in the community have unfortunately channeled their frustration toward the individual developers.
