Honkai: Star Rail's Light Cones, in essence, are weapons providing characters with HP, ATK, and DEF stat bonuses. These items are locked behind a gacha system, which requires players to spend in-game currency to unlock them permanently. It's worth pointing out that several Light Cones, such as Cruising in the Stellar Sea and Texture of Memories, can be obtained from Herta's Shop without spending Rail Passes.
With the beta version of Honkai: Star Rail's update 2.2 in progress, leaks about the upcoming content have started appearing online. It was leaked that players will encounter a new weekly boss, which drops the Ashblazing Grand Duke relic set, Lucent Afterglow, and a four-star Light Cone. In addition to this weekly boss, Honkai: Star Rail will reportedly add five events featuring lucrative rewards like Refined Aether and Self-Modeling Resin.
A recent leak from Firefly Lover has revealed that Honkai: Star Rail version 2.2 will give away a free Light Cone named For Tomorrow's Journey. This weapon belongs to the Harmony path, meaning only characters from the same path will obtain its passive skill, which increases ATK by 16%. When the wearer uses their ultimate, For Tomorrow's Journey increases their damage by 18% for one turn.
Given that For Tomorrow's Journey is an offensive Light Cone from the Harmony path, it could potentially fit Robin's kit. Speaking of Honkai: Star Rail's Robin, the developers recently confirmed that she is a Harmony unit dealing Physical damage. Regarding her kit, she allegedly increases all allies' damage and enters a combat state. The character is expected to receive her debut banner in the first part of version 2.2, which will go live in early May.
