The text indicates that a rift in time in Disney Dreamlight Valley has led to the dialogue box in-game and the social media channel's avatar changing, which are now black and white and look akin to a text box that would pop up during a silent movie, or in this case, a silent cartoon. The black and white image, text box, rift in time, and previously mentioned «lucky» qualities all seem to point to one character: Oswald the Lucky Rabbit.
Although Oswald has had something of a return in recent times, it's quite possible that some people haven't heard of him.
