The company has confirmed that Hexworks – CI Games' primary team, best known for Lords of the Fallen – isn't being impacted by the cuts. That developer is currently working on a new action RPG dubbed Project 3.
Underdog Studio, CI Games' other developer is working on a game called Project Survive that the company says has been given more time to produce a vertical slice.
"All affected employees have been informed about this proposal today, and will be fully supported throughout the process over the coming weeks," a CI Games rep said.
CI Games cut 10 per cent of its workforce back in January.
