The item, which is known as the Silver Layered Necklace, was added to the game as a part of the Bottom Dollar Bounties DLC and is fairly expensive but it's undeniably the same accessory worn by the so-called «Bikini Woman» in the promotional video. While something like this is too specific to be a coincidence, the purpose of adding it to is still unknown.

Grand Theft Auto 6 is one of the most eagerly anticipated games at the moment, but doesn't seem to be coming to PC alongside consoles in Fall 2025.
