The game is being published by Saber Interactive, the publishers for games such as Vampyr, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and Kingdom Come: Deliverance.

A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead is a spin-off from the movie franchise, where you play as a character who has asthma, which, just by using the inhaler is enough to alert the Death Angels to her presence. She is going through interpersonal family conflict, and must deal with her emotions of that while navigating an apocalyptic world.
For those that haven't seen the movies, the Death Angels use sound to locate their prey, and have a heightened sense of hearing, meaning they can hear every little noise you make. In this survival horror game, that may be the thing that makes or breaks her survival.
