While it's not yet been announced as one of the PS5 ports Microsoft currently has in the works, it has been claimed that Senua's Saga: Hellblade 2 could be launching on Sony's current-gen console «pretty soon». Windows Central scribe Jez Cordon responded to a tweet earlier today about the State of Play livestream set for Wednesday, suggesting: «Hellblade 2 time maybe?» In a follow-up post, he then claimed it's a case of when, not if, the PS5 versions happens, and that «when is pretty soon from what I've been hearing».
Switch 2 announcement leaker NateDrake also got in on the action with the original post, suggesting Hellblade 2 will be out on PS5 «soon… very soon». He doesn't know if the reveal will take place during the State of Play showcase, however.
Microsoft currently has Forza Horizon 5, Age of Empires 2: Definitive Edition, and Age of Mythology: Retold slated for PS5, though many more ports are rumoured to be on the way. Hellblade 2 is actually a title Microsoft reportedly regrets making exclusive, so a PS5 port would rectify that. PS5 versions of Gears of War, Halo: The Master Chief Collection, and Microsoft Flight Simulator are all heavily suggested to be coming throughout 2025.

However, we still don't feel as though extending Senua's plight into a Saga is a good idea,» it concluded.
