Metal Eden was revealed during Sony's State of Play showcase, arriving on 6th May on PS5. The fast-paced sci-fi shooter is from developer Reikon Games, and players are cast in the role of Aska, an android tasked with an ambiguous mission by its enigmatic creator, known as Nexus.
In addition to gunplay, gameplay revolves around ripping the Core out of enemies, which can then be used as an explosive missile or a healing consumable. Different Cores offer various benefits, such as boosting melee attacks, manoeuvrability, or survivability, and the Brutal Core-Ripping mechanic allows for the use of these various combat tactics on the fly.

Looks awesome.
Thought this looked cool as hell. I love sci-fi and the techno music made it look more fun and frantic. Hopefully this is good and doesn’t disappoint. I could use another frantic Doom 2016 like game.
@Ken_Kaniff From what I read on the PlayStation blog, it definitely sounds like PvE.
