Monster Hunter Wilds is preparing for the hunt, which begins 28th February on PS5. In a new trailer that activated our unfortunately ironic (for an Australian) arachnophobia, we glimpse the kinds of scuttling, chitinous abominations that are generally contained within our nightmares.
Thankfully, we get to see more conventional Monster Hunter beasties, along with some cleansing snippets of story and gameplay. In other, less skin-crawling Monster Hunter news, Capcom imagines your regular hunting crew is incredibly photogenic, comprised of happy, successful individuals whose lives revolve around co-op hunting.
In addition, beloved Sony exec Shuhei Yoshida recently revealed that the scariest moment of his career was when the Monster Hunter series briefly became a 3DS exclusive.
