Described as an 'action-adventure thriller', MindsEye is a newly announced PS5 title set in the relatively near future. It's coming to Sony's console this summer.
It's directed by Leslie Benzies, who was once the president of Rockstar North up in Scotland. He was producer on every Grand Theft Auto title dating back to GTA 3, as well as the first Red Dead Redemption (he's credited as lead designer on that one, too).
«MindsEye is our narrative-driven, single-player action-adventure thriller set in the not-too-distant future, in the fictional desert city of Redrock, where artificial intelligence and human greed collide to bring Earth to the precipice of collapse,» developer Build A Rocket Boy explains.
We don't have a whole lot to go on outside of the two trailers embedded in this article. The one at the top provides a story overview, while the one below this paragraph gives us a glimpse of gameplay.

Robert (or Rob if you're lazy) is an assistant editor of Push Square, and has been a fan of PlayStation since the 90s, when Tekken 2 introduced him to the incredible world of video games. He still takes his fighting games seriously, but RPGs are his true passion. The Witcher, Persona, Dragon Quest, Mass Effect, Final Fantasy, Trails, Tales — he's played 'em all. A little too much, some might say.
I am definitely intrigued by this one. I usually prefer the slashy stabby end of the Action Adventure space, but there was enough in the two trailers that got me interested to find out more.
Yup liked the look of this
