Wailing Cavern Collectables Return in Patch 10.1.5 - Farm Legacy Items and Leatherworking Recipes
Patch 10.1.5 reintroduced a wealth of former transmogs to hunt down, including those from all the way back in Wailing Caverns! The Stuffed Deviate Scale Pouch is a new drop from Druids of the Fang, awarding otherwise no longer obtainable legacy items and leatherworking recipes!
The legacy patterns for Deviate Scale Cloak, Deviate Scale Gloves, and Deviate Scale Belt can now sometimes be found within Stuffed Deviate Scale Pouches which drop from Druids of the Fang inside Wailing Caverns.Players farming the old instance may find a new Stuffed Deviate Scale Pouch dropping from Druid of the Fang enemies found throughout the Cavern, with each pouch containing a handful of old world crafting reagents alongside a single potential legacy reward such as the Pattern: Deviate Scale Cloak or Fangblade. So far, the list of confirmed drops includes: Rare rewards — appear limited to one per pouch and can award duplicate rewards.

Deviate Scale Pouch Deviate Scale Perfect Deviate Scale Light Leather Medium Leather Peacebloom Silverleaf SerpentbloomWith no lockout on the dungeon, these pouches can be farmed as many times as you have the stomach for, and the recipes are not BoP, allowing them to be traded, bought, and sold. While not a particularly wide range of returning cosmetics or mysterious questlines like those of the Secrets of Naxxramas and Old Scholomance, it's nice to see Blizzard reintroducing more previously unobtainable gear for all of the enthusiastic collectors out there.
