Phoenix Labs is gearing up to release Fae Farm, its cozy magical farm sim on September 8th, and the team has confirmed that the game will feature cross play on all platforms. The dev team is also hosting a special community stream today to show off the cross-play feature as well as additional gameplay.
Having cross-play on all platforms means that anyone who is playing Fae Farm will be able to share the experience with friends. supported platforms that have already been announced include PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, as well as Nintendo Switch. Phoenix Labs released its first game, Dauntless , with cross-play as well, so it’s no surprise that they’re choosing it for this game too.
Today, the team is showing off cross-play, how it will work, and how to play with friends, in addition to all kinds of gameplay and features. The stream will happen today at 3PM EDT/8 PM BST, and feature community managers Eunice Sanchez and Kim Velasquez. This is the first community stream, and in addition to cross-play features, today's stream will cover things like farming, crafting, exploration, and other features, like animal care.
