Let's discuss the changes to get you prepared to unleash the power of this updated unique! Patch 1.1.1 Campfire Chat Summary Since release, has seen a decent amount of play in early to mid game. However, it falls off greatly in end game content due to scaling of the barrier.
The tooltip states that the barrier scales off of max hp, but there is a perception of this being bugged by the community. In the campfire chat, it was confirmed that this bug was intentional in its current state and was not intended to be scaling off of max hp. The lucky hit chance to heal has always been a great affix on this item and this remains unchanged.
Unfortunately, however, the remaining affixes of all stats and potion drop rate are very underwhelming. With patch 1.1.1, is getting a massive buff. The all stat will be replaced with maximum life, and the barrier will now scale off of maximum life.
One other change being brought to this unique is that the barrier effect from this item will now properly account for conditions that check if the player has a barrier.
