Stardew Valley players are a creative bunch. While Stardew Valley has less of an emphasis on creating and designing than titles like Minecraft, that doesn't stop fans from customizing their farms and buildings to be their very own. Fans have built shops, spas, hideaways, and all kinds of things in sheds on their farms, plus a number of unique builds inside their own farmhouses. With the release of the Stardew Valley 1.6 update, even more items have been added to the game for players to use in their dream builds.
Stardew Valley player RylieSensei shared their new apothecary on Reddit with fellow fans. The small room is stuffed full of plants, including trees and flower pots growing crops, collectibles, and decorations that complete the look of an apothecary shop. New items like the Crystal Ball, Cauldron, and Wizard's Fireplace helped to make the build look appropriately spooky and magical. The green smoke rising from the cauldron and the cats nestled into the corner complete the look.
Fellow Stardew Valley fans in the comments were quite positive and receptive to the unique apothecary. Several were impressed with the overall design, while others expressed interest in where RylieSensei had acquired some of the items in the room. Others responded by explaining that the 1.6 Stardew Valley update added a Wizard Catalogue that contains many of the items that the player used to decorate the apothecary. Like the furniture catalogue, players can freely access any item that's listed in the catalogue in whatever quantity they wish.
Other players joked that the OP needed more cats in the room. RylieSensei was amused, noting that they'd already adopted all the cat varieties available in the game, but would double the number in response. This would have once required mods, but the 1.6 update added the ability
