It's been just a day since the official launch of Senua's Saga: Hellblade II, and PC gamers can already improve their experience with the first few mods.
First, the Flat2VR community showed off a Virtual Reality mod for the single player cinematic game released by Ninja Theory. Thanks to Praydog's UEVR tool, Hellblade II already works with full 6DOF VR and can be played in first-person or third-person view.
You will need to grab the profile from the Flat2VR Discord to get it properly set up. Also, make sure you're using a powerful PC.
Senua's Saga: Hellblade II is full of postprocessing effects like depth of field, motion blur, chromatic aberration, lens distortion, film grain, and forced letterboxing (black bars). While most of those are essential to the artistic vision devised by Ninja Theory, they may also be distasteful or even sickening (in the case of motion blur especially) to some gamers.
Thankfully, there's already an easy-to-use mod to remove them all available for download on Nexus Mods. These are the simple steps required for installation:
1. Download the zip file and extract it.
2. Copy/cut the files to this location:

However, for players interested in disabling only specific effects, here's how to do it manually. You will have to open the Engine.ini file located in the %LOCALAPPDATA%\Hellblade2\Saved\Config\Windows\ folder.
Then, add the following text at the bottom of the file, depending on which effects you want to disable.
