The latest update for Spider-Man 2 has somehow made The Amazing Spider-Man 2 suit (which was already the best outfit in the game) even better.
Before Spider-Man 2 launched, one of the biggest talking points in the community was, of course, about the new suits that needed to be added to the game. Without a doubt, the most-requested suit was Andrew Garfield's costume from The Amazing Spider-Man 2, which has slowly become one of the most popular live-action costumes due to its comic-book accurate look.
Although The Amazing Spider-Man 2 suit is widely regarded as one of the best live-action Spidey suits of all time, the movie that accompanied it had the opposite reaction, and is currently the lowest-rated Spider-Man film on Metacritic.
Insomniac Games was clearly listening to the fans for Spider-Man 2, as one of the earlier unlocks for Peter Parker is The Amazing Spider-Man 2 suit, just like everyone wanted. The "Amazing 2 suit" has already become one of the most popular choices for Peter to wear in the game, but it's somehow just been made even better out of nowhere.
As highlighted by Twitter user MSM_Access, Spider-Man 2 just received one of its first post-launch updates, which fixed a few issues like the Cuban flag appearing in Miles' apartment instead of the Puerto Rican one. According to the patch notes, the update also "addressed an issue where The Amazing 2 Suit's Spider logo appeared too bright".
That might seem like a little change, but judging on the screenshots that fans have been taking of the new Amazing Spider-Man 2 suit, it's made a huge difference.
