The post-credits scene in features a mystery character who could have a big role to play in future games. The game has both a mid-credits scene and a post-credits scene: one sets up a potential villain, and the other sets up a potential ally. Together, they put a nice button on 's story, which has Peter Parker and Miles Morales collaborating to save a symbiote-infected Harry Connors and stop Venom's attempted invasion of the Earth. While they're understandably cryptic, as these post-credits scenes typically are, they do give players a fair bit to work with when guessing what might come next.

In the end, Peter and Miles do save Harry and stop the invasion, but Harry is left comatose by the symbiote infestation. In the final cutscenes, an enraged Norman Osborn requests a preparation of G-serum for his son, which could have something to do with a potential sequel's villain. That's a story for another day, though — for now, in the post-credits scenes, Miles Morales has a more pressing problem. His mom has started dating again.

One of the two post-credits scenes in briefly introduces Cindy Moon, also known as Silk. Silk debuted in the April 2014 issue of #1, as yet another web-slinging hero bitten by the same radioactive spider as Peter. The post-credits scene begins with MIles' friend and neighbor Hailey arriving at his apartment, where Rio is cooking dinner.
