The Spider-Bots in are cute references to Spider-Man's legacy throughout the Marvel canon. Each looks like a different Spider-Man suit, villain, or alternate heroes like Spider-Ham or Peni Parker. There are 42 cute Spider-Bots across New York City. However, there's one problem in tracking them down; unlike Marko's Memories or the Mysteriums, Spider-Bots do not immediately appear on the map.
If you want to find Spider-Bots in on your own, keep an eye out for a colorful flash while swinging past New York's rooftops. You won't be able to see Spider-Bots on the map until you unlock the All-Seeing upgrade. The All-Seeing upgrade is on the latter end of the Traversal Suit Tech track and, therefore, takes a while to obtain.
Each Spider-Bot in lurks on a rooftop, high wall, or in the sky above New York. You'll need to swing high and use your Web Wings to get a good view of New York's skyscrapers. There are Spider-Bots in each district of New York. Each Spider-Bot rewards 100 Tech Parts for a total of 4200 Tech Parts.
