Entertainment giant Warner Bros has bumped the release of the upcoming Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League.
As reported by Bloomberg, this is apparently due to a negative response to the game when it was shown at a PlayStation showcase event last month. Suicide Squad came under fire for its live-service elements, as well as its fairly generic gameplay.
The delay is being used to fix bugs and generally polish the title. The core gameplay is seemingly not being touched.
Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League was initially set to launch back in 2022 before being bumped until May 26th. The title currently does not have a release date. PCGamesInsider.biz has reached out to Warner Bros for comment.
This is the latest entry in Rocksteady's Arkham Batman universe.
