Bandai Namco’s Blue Protocol has been a long time coming, but it’s partnered with Amazon Game Studios to get the project over the line, and considering the success of Genshin Impact and Final Fantasy 14, we’d argue that’s probably a shrewd business move. While there’s no firm release date just yet – it’s apparently due later this year – the publisher has dropped the opening cinematic, which looks like it could have been ripped straight from the latest Crunchy Roll release.
