It’s been surprisingly silent on the Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon front – which is a surprise, considering the title is focused on giant hulking robots. But a rating in Korea has raised hopes that some kind of release date information could be imminent – especially as it’s generally more common for titles to get classified when they’re close.
Obviously this is not definitive, but it does suggest that development is progressing, and it’s certainly possible we may learn more about the game soon. For those of you who haven’t been following, this is the next full-length outing from vaunted developer FromSoftware; the Armored Core series has been around for decades, but Elden Ring and Dark Souls has catapulted its Japanese developer into the mainstream, and as a result there’s a lot more attention being focused on this entry.

Whilst they haven't all been brilliant, I have a lot of time for the Armoured Core series. Indeed, I'm pretty happy with anything with big mechs This is another title I'm looking forward to and I hope we get a release date soon.
