The Street Fighter 6 release date is set for June 2, 2023. Capcom revealed the news at The Game Awards 2022, where the publisher also treated viewers to a fresh look at what is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated new games of 2023.
The confirmed Street Fighter 6 platforms are PS5, PS4, PC, and Xbox Series X. Confirmation that SF6 will be arriving on a variety of systems is good news for fighting fans across the globe, given that Street Fighter 5 launched as a PlayStation exclusive. It also appears that an Xbox One version of the game is not in development.
Capcom released a Street Fighter 6 demo on PS5 and PS4 on April 21. This limited playable build will let you play the initial section of the World Tour mode, allowing you to create an avatar and explore Metro City, which you can then carry across with you to the full game. The Street Fighter 6 demo PC and Xbox Series X will be available on April 26.
