Guardian Druid Macro
One of the Guardian Druid talents is Dream of Cenarius which allows players to use a Regrowth for free in any form, including Bear Form. This is a popular talent as it allows some self healing to the Bear, or allows them to offheal while in Bear Form.
Many players play with Auto-Shifting functionality on, as it's a massive quality of life feature and the default functionality. For Dream of Cenarius, it's very dangerous, as pressing Regrowth when you don't have a proc causes you to leave Bear Form, a deadly thing to do as a Tank. Players have come up with a solution: a macro!

/cast Regrowth
/run SetCVar(«autoUnshift»,1)
This macro disables the auto-shifting feature, tries to cast Regrowth, then turns the auto-shifting feature back on. This makes it so it's impossible to leave Bear Form accidently by pressing this Macro when you don't have a Dream of Cenarius proc.
Stealth Macro Changes?
On Friday, many Guardian Druid players noticed that this macro was no longer working. When pressing this button without a proc while in combat, it would revert them into humanoid form.
Upon further investigation, players have reported that it looks like the «autoUnshift» Cvar is protected and cannot be changed in combat. Players have no idea why this happened with no notice, however, players are speculating that it has something to do with a Classic change being spilled over to retail. The exact cause is unknown.
For the time being, be very careful when using Dream of Cenarius as you no longer have that protection of not leaving Bear Form. You can of course turn the autoUnshift Cvar always to 0 outside of combat, but that removes the ability to do things like: Unshift -> Incap Roar to clear Lasher stacks in Everbloom or to go from Cat Form to
