Plunderstorm Renown 5 Grants New Vendor on Retail

When you reach Renown 5 with the Keg Leg's Crew by playing Plunderstorm, you unlock a new vendor on Retail that sells some upgrade items!
Play Plunderstorm until you hit Renown 5, and the next time you log into a Retail character, you get the auto-pushed quest. Heading to the Valdrakken inn and turning in the quest will grant you 15 Keg-Stamped Coin.
These coins are BoA and can be traded to any character on your account.
This then unlock the vendor which sells:
Blackened Flightstone — 1 Keg-Stamped Coin
Large Satchel of Drake's Dreaming Crests — 2 Keg-Stamped Coin
Clutch of Wyrm's Dreaming Crests — 3 Keg-Stamped Coin
It's unclear if there's a way to get more of these, or if 15 Keg-Stamped Coin is all you get.
