An Animal Crossing: New Horizons player has shared a rare animation of their Villager doing a front flip into the ocean. As Animal Crossing: New Horizons has been out for a few years at this point, some players thought they had seen all the animations in it, but this video may prove otherwise.

As the 3DS online has been taken offline, it's also the only mainline game that gamers can play with each other. Some players anticipate another title revealed for the Nintendo Switch's successor, but nothing has been announced yet. With Nook Miles achievements, an extensive item catalog, and hundreds of Villagers to befriend, the Switch game still offers countless hours of entertainment. One gamer has shared a little-known animation that some fans may not be aware of despite how many hours of game time they've logged.
Reddit user 10001010010101001010 recently shared an Animal Crossing: New Horizons clip showing their character front flipping into the ocean. The video begins with the Villager passing a house and a small lake that are surrounded by cherry blossom trees. These trees appear on any island during Spring, and the petals can be used to craft numerous seasonal New Horizons DIY recipes. The player continues to run as they approach a cliff that drops down at least one level, but instead of stopping dead in their tracks, they jump off the cliff. Despite the bottom of the drop having a rocky shore, the Villager does a front flip into the ocean and performs a shocked expression before swimming away.
Like with all actions in the ocean, a player has to acquire a wetsuit before they can do this trick. There are different wetsuit patterns, but any will suffice.
