Helldivers 2 Players Somehow Takes Out A Bile Titan With A Charger

Helldivers 2 has a bunch of powerful weapons you can use to dish out some serious firepower, and just as many big beasties to use them. On the Terminid front, you'll find no foe scarier than the Bile Titan, a huge mass of pointy bits that loves nothing more than to spit massive globs of horrible goo all over players.

They can be pretty tough to take down, even with the game's vast array of weaponry and help from the popular pilot of Eagle-1, but it turns out that Bile Titans apparently have one massive flaw in their otherwise terrifyingly impenetrable armor. They don't quite appreciate having a Charger thrown at them at terminal velocity.

Shared by Reddit user WolfBrinkTV to the Helldivers 2 subreddit, which now appears to have recovered after last weekend's fiasco, they uploaded a video of them and their fellow Helldivers taking down a swarm of Terminids descending upon them, with a Bile Titan in the background looking like the most menacing threat of them all.

WolfBrinkTV then understandably takes out the heavy firepower to try and down the Bile Titan, before swiveling to a Charger that's approaching at speed. Using the shot meant for the Bile Titan, they instinctively shoot the Charger and send it flying with a blast so powerful that it seemingly smacks into the Bile Titan and turns them both into chunks.

It's a little difficult to see what actually happens in this clip, as there is a ridiculous amount of carnage going on all around WolfBrinkTV, but it does seem like the impact of the Charger takes down the Bile Titan, meaning Terminids can actually be used as weapons if you send them flying with enough force. Ragdolling a Charger is no small feat though, and it can be a matter of luck rather than skill at times, so we're unlikely we'll see such a cinematic clip like this ever again. Just another one to add to the collection, I suppose.
