Afflicted Affix Hotfixed - Cast Time Nerfed

The Afflicted affix has now been hotfixed, reverting the buff and actually nerfing the cast time!
We datamined earlier that Afflicted got buffed by increasing the penalty of the Afflicted debuff. However, this change has been reverted and the cast time of the spell Afflicted Cry was actually increased to 12 seconds. It seems that they may have increased the wrong «10» by accident.
- Afflicted Cry cast time now increased to 12 sec (was 10 sec)
- Afflicted Cry duration now decreased back to pre-patch value, 10 sec.
This is a small change, but it should help give more leeway for one member of the group to dispel two of them, slightly relaxing the requirement of the affix.
