One of the Diablo 4 devs has revealed that rewards for Tormented Bosses will be tweaked before the release of Season 4. Diablo 4 is in Season 3, which has introduced players to the new villain Malphas, new quests, enemies, and the long-awaited debut of the Gauntlet and Leaderboards. But Diablo 4 players' attention is currently focused on the upcoming season and all the hype surrounding it.
Diablo 4 Season 4 arrives in May but is already the hottest topic among players due to the launch of the test servers. With Diablo 4's PTR available for all players, everyone can test the content promised for the next season, such as significant changes to the Codex of Power, Gem system, and new features such as the Masterworking upgrade system. Diablo 4 Season 4 also has new battles in store, and according to a recent publication, the effort to fight them will be worth it.
One Diablo 4 dev said that the rewards for the upcoming Tormented Bosses will be adjusted. In a post made by Reddit user Oceanfather, they say if Diablo 4's new super bosses are going to be a steeper investment, their rewards should be adjusted accordingly. To the player's delight, Global Community Development Director Adam Fletcher commented, revealing that this aspect of the new bosses will be tweaked before the launch of Diablo 4 Season 4. But despite the good news, Fletcher didn't give any details about how the change will work.
Diablo 4 has many exciting experiences, like the battle against Echo of Malphas. In Diablo 4 Season 4, however, Blizzard will introduce a new layer of difficulty with the addition of the Tormented Bosses, extremely challenging variants of all ladder bosses that players can summon with Stygian Stones. Diablo 4's Tormented Bosses will be level 200, have a massive health pool, and all the elites they summon will be significantly stronger. Beating a Tormented Boss will give Diablo 4 players level 925 gear and a guaranteed Resplendent Spark in the first skill.
