Feitan Portor is one of the more unsavoury characters in the Hunter x Hunter universe. He serves as an interrogator and torturer for his group, the Phantom Troupe. Not only is he unsavoury, but he is also a bit of an odd character. He is a man of few words, only further helped by his usual use of a bandana that covers his mouth.
